These Terms apply to your purchase and use of the "White Elephant & Secret Santa Party Kit" sold by Pixelate LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Product

The White Elephant & Secret Santa Party Kit is a digital product: a downloadable PDF party kit for gift exchanges (White Elephant rules in three versions, rule cards, number cards, gift tags, a steal tracker, gift ideas, Secret Santa name slips, questionnaires, wish list, clue and reveal cards, awards, thank-you cards, invitations and checklists). The illustrations were created with AI tools. Nothing is shipped. After payment you are taken to a private page with your download. No physical product is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. License and use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print as many copies as you need for your own family, friends, classroom or workplace party. Please do not resell, share or post the file. You may not share your private download link, or resell, copy or distribute the PDF, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Refunds

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixelate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the White Elephant & Secret Santa Party Kit. If it is not for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How it works

• Request your refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer.
• After 7 days, purchases are final, except where the law gives you other rights.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order, or you cannot download the PDF, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor the rights you have as a consumer.
